The TENANT
Lions and LEO clubs enrolled in web site
of www.lions-301.org are called web
"tenants", only a bonafide lions and LEO
clubs in the Philippines and it's
corresponding sub-districts can be
enrolled and enjoy the privileges of a
tenant as defined in the purposes at
which this web site is created.
A tenant make use of the lions-301.org
web site more for the betterment of all
clubs and less for personal advantage.
A tenant tries ( though not compulsory )
best effort to donate or cause to be
donated for the operation and
maintenance of the lions-301.org web site
and pursuit of its purposes, mission and
vision.
A tenant's only obligation is to keep
on sending materials via email for the
updating of its own web page and nothing
more.
The lions-301.org reserve the right to
close, in whole or in part, any web page
whose data and/or information, which in
its opinion is out dated. Any page closed
maybe reassigned, including the email
box, to other clubs in the waiting list.
In addition it is a moral responsibility
of a tenant and its club members to
regularly visit and view their own web
pages and that of their sub-district as well
as the multiple-district, to check if there are
new notices, announcements, news
events or other matters of their concern.
The BASIC WEB PAGE
One basic web page contains:

Logo (supplied by club)
District name
PST names (with photo of PST),
Mailing Address,
Telephone Number
Meeting Place, day, time,
Notices and announcements
FREE services on: web page design;
set-up fee; publishing to web site;
revising; uploading photos & data.
FREE web page monthly maintenance fee.
Tenants Optional Levels
LEVEL-C Tenant
Each Level-C Tenant is entitled to one
FREE Basic web page as specified above
LEVEL-B Tenant
Same as Level-C plus:
One additional web page for the clubs
Newsletter or monthly news or press
release, inclusive of 6 – 8 colored activity
pictures (numbers depend on size)
LEVEL-A Tenant
Same as Level-C & LEVEL-B plus:
One photo album good up to 36 pictures.
One web page for the roster of members.
One email box with 2.0 GB capacity

Web Page Design
Format & Color Tone
With lions-301.org we try to design our
web pages to be more informative rather
than decorative and minimizes too much
artistic ad-ons to save on valuable bytes.
Design outputs, such as that of the
headers and side bars, may therefore vary
slightly from each other to be not
monotonous.
We have to consider that there are
limitation as to the number of pages and
bytes we can totally use for lions-301.org
and this are apportioned between all the
lions and LEO clubs, districts and multiple
district.
We however encourage club PROs to
continue sending ideas on how we can
further improved our services.
How To Advance Level
Donations and financial support are
always voluntary and not a requisite to be
a good and active tenant however as a
gesture of gratitude we have devised a
merit system for those who, in one way or
the other, was able to extend ways and
means.
A tenant who may not be able to generate
any support shall remain in Level-C at all
times provided the minimum responsibility
is fulfilled.
A tenant who generate support of less
than 150 points stays in Level-C.
A tenant who was able to generate
support of 150 points or more each year
advances to Level B.
A tenant who was able to generate support
of 300 points or more each year advances
to Level-A.
